Shipping Methods - Delivery Time and Costs

Upon receiving the order, the factory needs 7-15 working days to construct your shoes and arrange their shipment. Upon checkout, the customer is immediately informed of the delivery. The company is not liable for any delays due to unexpected events.


We do not charge shipping costs for customers in Cyprus.

The shipping costs for Europe is 9.00 euro per item and the rest of the world is 12.00 euro per item.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.


Conditions of return

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is also responsible for any loss in value.



In case the size of the shoes does not fit, or the bag has a defect, customers have up to 14 days to return the item to us. Please send them back in the same condition that you received them in, and in their original box, including an email that clearly states your personal information and request. Pack up the shoes in a secure outer wrapper and send them to the following address: Chatzigeorgaki Kornesiou 5E, 1015, Nicosia, Cyprus. We will send you a new item of the same type upon delivery. Any shipping costs for returns are the customer's to cover. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



You may request to cancel your order for a full refund, up to 24 hours after you placed the order. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of the date/time of your order may not receive a refund nor an exchange. When you place an order, you agree to these terms.
