Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@korali-handmade.com. If your return is accepted, we will contact you and let you know how to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions of return
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is also responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
In case of incorrect sizes  or item defects customers have up to 14 days to return the item to us. Please send them back in the same condition that you received them in, and in their original box, including an email that clearly states your personal information and request. Pack up the shoes in a secure outer wrapper and send them to the following address: Chatzigeorgaki Kornesiou 5E, 1015, Nicosia, Cyprus. We will send you a new item of the same type upon delivery. Any shipping costs for returns are the customer's to cover. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order for a full refund, up to 24 hours after you placed the order. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of the date/time of your order are not guaranteed a refund nor an exchange.
