Shipping Methods - Delivery Time and Costs

Upon receiving the order, the factory aims to construct your shoes within 1-7 working days and arrange their shipment.

Upon checkout, the customer is immediately informed of the delivery. The company is not liable for any delays due to unexpected events.

We do not charge shipping costs for customers in Cyprus to the nearest GAP AKIS EXPRESS station of the shipping address.

Shipping all over Cyprus to your doorstep with the additional cost of 3.50 euros. ( If applicable )

The shipping costs to Europe is 9.00 euros and the rest of the world is 12.00 euros.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Please contact us as soon as possible once you receive your item and send it back to our address within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund, up to 24 hours after you placed the order. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of the date/time of your order are not guaranteed a refund nor an exchange. 

A) VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay

We now support global payments technologies such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

B) PayPal

By selecting PayPal as your method of payment, you will be using one of the safest and most secure means of payment, renowned internationally.

As soon as you have completed the required fields and submitted all your credit card details to PayPal, you will be redirected to Paypal's secure website, where you will have an option to either login using your existing Paypal account or to fill in your credit card information and complete the transaction.

When you use Paypal for your payments, you do not have to provide your credit card information to all e-commerce sites you buy from, but only to Paypal. This makes your shopping experience much more secure.

C) Cash On Delivery (COD)

This is an easy method of paying for your orders. The delivery personnel from the courier company will present you with your parcel at your designated address and issue you a receipt after your payment in cash.

Cash on delivery is only available as an option for orders with a delivery address within Cyprus, additionally it does not require the use of a credit card. For destinations within Cyprus, there is no extra charge.

Any orders made outside of Cyprus using this payment method will not be processed and the customer will be notified to try a different payment method.
